Rune energies are fully explained by the Laws of Quantum Physics.

RUNE-MAGIC-MEDITATION-FOR-HEALTH


What you about to read, about runic health energies, you won't find on any other site. This site is the first site to present RUNES from a strictly energy point of view.

To practice this runic meditation health exercise you do not need any ritualistic paraphernalia. All you will need is to print out the over sized rune you will find at the end of this page. It is best to print it out on hard card stock, it will last longer.

For this runic meditation health exercise we will use RUNE-URUZ. The Rune of HEALTH

To begin all meditation exercises sit comfortably in your favorite chair. It is best if possible to use the same chair everyday for your runic health meditations. In this way the chair will become imbued and charged with runic health energies. After awhile, just sitting in the chair will bring you the feeling of peace, calm and increased health.

Relax, do not strain. Breathe slowly and deeply Do not be concerned if you are doing it right or wrong. Do not be concerned if you are pleasing or displeasing a god/goddess. It is not a ritual. It is about attracting rune health energies.

It is your personal rune-meditation-for-health breathing exercise. It is energy and vibrations.

Where you place your attention your energy flows. You actually touch what you think about, and it will touch you back. When you place your attention on the health runes in the Quantum Ocean their health energies will flow towards you. You are performing an energy transfer.


RUNE MEDITATION HEALTH URUZ


The runic URUZ health energy that you are about to attract has to have a specific target, a specific place to flow to. You will now prepare yourself to mentally receive these health energies into your personal energy field.(AURA)

Once your personal energy field is charged with this runic URUZ health energy then you can mentally create whatever means to this health that you desire.

You can let this rune URUZ health energy circulate throughout your body and energy fields, charging each cell in your body with the desire for health.

You can mentally send runic URUZ health energy to someone at a distance to help their healing process to begin. This is known as magical healing at a distance.

FIVE MAJOR ENERGY CHAKRAS


Your mind is a very powerful radionics tool, if it is used correctly. Visualization is one of its most creative tools. It works extremely well with runic health energies.

We are not going to attach any magical, mystical, spiritual, religious or secret meanings to our runic meditation health exercises. We are simply going to think of it as our individual energy system exercise. It is into this middle pillar system of energies that we will pour our runic URUZ health energies..

You can visualize your five energy chakras as basketball size spheres.

These five chakras are :

* CROWN CHAKRA basketball sphere 4" above your head
* THROAT CHAKRA basketball sphere in neck and throat
* HEART CHAKRA basketball sphere in heart area
* GENITAL CHAKRA basketball sphere in genital area
* GROUND CHAKRA basketball sphere in your feet area

These five chakras are lined up in the center of your body. There is a 3" tube connecting each one. This way the runic health energy can flow from the crown chakra to the ground chakra.



LET US START THE RUNE URAZ MEDIATION FOR HEALTH EXERCISE


Sit quietly and visualize your middle pillar energy system within you.

Visualize an infinite ocean of energy, the Quantum Ocean all around you. Use whatever visualization you wish. This is not a prayer nor a sacred ritual to the gods/goddesses. You can't do it wrong. This is your own personalized runic health energy exchange exercise.

Hold the large URUZ cardboard rune in your lap with both hands.

Look at it. As you place your attention on the runic symbol on your lap the URUZ energy from the Quantum Ocean will start to flow towards you.

Your runic health energy must have a target, a place to go. This is where most students make their mistake. You must give the health energy a specific target.

The runic health energy target will be your Middle Pillar Energy System.

Now slowly and steadily, while looking at the URUZ rune symbol, breath this energy into yourself. Breath it in as if it were a wonderful flowing, sparkling mist of white light.

Intone (say mentally to yourself)

"I am now inhaling the HEALTH runic energy of URUZ, from the Quantum Ocean into my crown chakra (4" basketball sphere above your head."

By using your mental powers you control the runic health energy exchange from the Quantum Ocean to your energy fields.

Mentally see this runic health energy flowing from the Quantum Ocean into your crown chakra. See your crown chakra fill up with this healing energy.

Take a moment and feel and visualize this crown chakra full of runic URUZ health energy. Do not rush.

As you advance in your studies you will learn to use colors also.

For now it is suffice to use white light. But make it a dynamic, sparkling white light.

Intone three times.

Take a deep breath each time, look at URUZ health rune in your hands.

The runic health energy in the crown chakra will now start to flow down the 3" tube and start to fill your throat chakra.

When your throat chakra is full of runic health energy, see this energy flowing down the 3" tube into your heart chakra.

When you heart chakra is full, see the healing energy flowing down the 3" tube into your genital chakra.

When your genital chakra is full, see the energy flowing down to your ground (feet) chakra.

Take a few minutes and sit in your middle pillar of runic URUZ health energies. See this rich white URUZ health energy filling all of your 5 spheres (chakras) and your middle pillar.

CIRCULATE THE URUZ RUNIC HEALTH ENERGY

Start to circulate the health energy around your body.

Visualize a 3" stream of this healing white light flowing out of your crown chakra and flowing down the front of your body.

This 3" energy flows down your face, your chest, your stomach, your genitals, your legs, to your feet and toes.

Then under your feet and up your heels, your calves, your thighs, your buttocks, your spine, your neck, back of head and back into your crown chakra.

You now have a flowing ring of runic health energy flowing down the front of your body and up the back. You have the first ring of energy around your body.
SECOND RING OF RUNE URUZ HEALTH ENERGY


Start a second stream of healing energy out of your crown chakra down the left side of your head, your ear, your shoulder, your arm, your hip, your thigh, your leg, your ankle.

Under your feet and up the right side. Your ankle, thigh, hip, shoulder, ear and back into the crown chakra.


THIRD STREAM OF RUNE URUZ HEALTH ENERGY


From your heart chakra visualize a third 3" flow of health energy coming out of your heart. Let it flow to about one foot in front of you.

Now circle it clockwise around your body from left to right.

Let us stop here for a moment. This may sound very complicated. It is not. After some practice you will be able to do the whole middle pillar healing exercise in 15 minutes.

Fifteen minutes once a day to improve your health, wealth and happiness. This is a small price to pay.

Remember we are dealing with healing energies. Health energy flows. That is what we are doing, getting the rune health energy out of the Quantum Ocean to flow towards you and into you.

You have now created 3 rings of flowing runic health energy around your body.

One around the front of your body from crown chakra to feet and up your back.

One around your body from left side of crown chakra down the left side of your body. Up the right side of your body and back into the crown chakra.

One around your middle, clockwise.

Now expand these three healing rings so that you fill your aura which is one foot from your body. See and fill your aura full of white healing runic light. Forget about the 3 rings and concentrate on filling your aura.

Your auric shell is where all health begins.

You always have an aura surrounding you. Most people have aura's that are very close to their body like a pair of pantyhose. We want to expand our auras out so that they are surrounding us one foot from our bodes all around us. This gives us more energy and more protection.

By continuing your rune meditation health exercises your aura will get stronger and stronger. Your health and well being will also increase as your aura gets stronger.

This is your auric shell This is where all health begins.

SPECIFIC HEALTH PROBLEM

Let us say you have a particular health problem that you want to send healing energy to.

Let us say that you are concerned about your heart's health.

While you are sitting in your chair with your auric shell full of runic URUZ healing energy:

Take a deep breath and intone mentally:

"I am now sending the powerful healing energy of the URUZ rune into every cell of my heart."

Visualize the white sparkling energy in your aura flowing into your heart. Visualize your heart. Your heart as far as the Quantum Ocean is concerned is a living entity. All living entities give off and attract energy. Treat your heart as if it was alive and send it healing energy.

Again three breaths.

Three and nine are the magical multiples when using the runes.

Sit as long as you like and enjoy the felling of well being that this transfer of energy between you and your heart will bring you.

You can do it as often as you like. You can send healing energy to any organ that you like.

We are talking about energy. The beautiful simplicity of this meditation healing exercise is that we are attracting healing energy out of the Quantum Ocean (MIND OF GOD). We are then using our minds to direct this healing energy to where it is needed. Inside of us or out.


DISTANT HEALING


Send healing energy to a friend or a loved one. Life-force knows no distance barrier. It does not travel like electricity does in our three dimensional world. The only distance in the world of Life-force (Quantum Ocean) is similarities of shape and resonant frequencies.

When you think of your loved ones health you set up a mental link through Mental Radionics. The thought of your loved ones health in your mind is your loved ones health as far as Quantum Ocean is concerned.

So, when you think of them, you are actually making contact with them. You are touching them. Close your eyes and think of the them. You are mentally sending them the healing energy you have stored in your auric shell You are touching them with this healing energy. There is no distance between their body and your mental picture of them.

With your aura filled with the runic URUZ healing energy, take a deep breath, visualize your loved one in your mind.

Exhale slowly through your mouth and see this healing URUZ energy flowing out of your mouth and into the auric shell of them.

Once it reaches their auric shell it will know where to go to bring healing processes..

You can also hold a photo of your loved one in your hands and breathe on it. The healing URUZ energy will flow into the picture and into their aura.

HOW IT WORKS


You attract the healing energy out of the Quantum Ocean with the meditation exercise.

You fill your aura with this healing energy.

Then you fill each of your cells with this healing energy. This treats yourself.

Treat any organ or health problem

Send this healing energy that is in your aura to a friend or loved one. At any distance.

Valkyries are Odin's messengers and when they ride light flashes off of their armor and causes the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights).

How-To Attract Valkyries for Protection.

The Laws of Quantum Physics now tell us that there is an intelligent, infinite ocean of energy called the Quantum Ocean.

Everything that ever was, is or will be exists in this Quantum Ocean. There is no time there. No past, present nor future. Only the NOW!

The Runes, the gods/goddesses of the North, the Valkyries, Asgard, Valhalla all exist there NOW!

All you need is a methodology on how to attract these Valkyries out of the Quantum Ocean and into your life NOW!

The Rune Symbols are the methodology.

Each Runic Symbol on the physical plane is a key to a Runic Energy in the Quantum Ocean.

Sit quietly in your favorite chair. This ritual was designed for the Asatrurer who wants to work alone from their home.

Relax.

Breath deeply and softly.

Now, look at the ALGIZ Rune in your lap. (Cut this Rune out at the bottom of this page.)

When you look at this ALGIZ Rune you make contact with the Valkyrie energies in the Quantum Ocean.

Take a deep breath and intone:

"I am now inhaling the Runic energies of the Valkyries out of the Quantum Ocean and into my aura."

Visualize the Valkyries pouring out of the Quantum Ocean and into your aura.

Do this three times.

Breathe in.

Visualize.

Breath out.

You will now have the Runic energies of the Valkyries in your aura. You won't actually have Valkyries in your aura. Just the protective energies of the Valkyries.

All is energy until it is projected onto the physical plane.

What ever energy you carry in your aura you can project out into your world.

What Do You Want To Do With This Valkyrie Energy?

Protect youe loved ones (even if there is a distance of thousands of miles).

Example: Your Home.

While you are sitting there quietly with your aura filled with Valkyrie energy visualize:

A Valkyrie in front of your home, resplendent in her shining armor, spear butt on ground, shield on arm facing outward in a defensive position.

Take your time and pour your mental energy into the Valkyrie visualization. What you are doing is taking this formless, intelligent energy in your aura and manifesting a Valkyrie on your front lawn.

She will not be visible to the naked eye. But she will be there in full battle dress on the etheric energy level of your lawn.

Sensitives will be able to see her.

All evil will feel her presence.

Now, do the same thing for both sides and rear of house.

Take a deep breath and as you are breathing out visualize the Viking energy in your aura manifesting as a Valkyrie on your lawn, sides and back of house.

There are four directions which means a total of twelve Valkyrie visualizations.
